Today’s training was difficult from my point of view because yesterday, I slept very late .

Today we moved the location of the training because of water pollution in Repulse Bay beach.

It was great to go to Stanley (personally I don’t go there very often) because the view is very nice on the Dragon’s Back on the horizon.

Today was also the biggest challenge yet, because we swam 2.3 km ! We went all the way from Stanley back to Turtle Cove .

The difficulty was the current in the water that made it harder to swim on long distance. However everyone managed to complete todays session, so we were proud of ourselves !

And everyone, even my Dad, was happy to have a long nap at home this afternoon .

2.3km! You've got this Louis! Well done swimmers, parents and coaches. An a well-deserved nap for Louis' dad. Keep on trucking one and all x
